Why have I not received my purchase yet?

If you have not received your purchase there may be a couple of different reasons.

  1. Check your internet connection and see if you are still connected.
  2. If your internet speed is slow the purchase may just take a couple seconds to come through

        If after a could minutes you have not received your purchase and you are connected to the internet please submit a ticket.
